Apparently, the answer is yes. The first regional carrier to announce availability of the iPhone 4S is C Spire, formerly known as Cellular South. C Spire is the nation’s largest privately owned communications provider, and is based in the southern states.
C Spire’s users are expecting access to the iPhone 4S at comparable cost to the national carriers. We’re wondering how quickly this new expansion to regional carriers will spread across the United States, and if is happening, how quickly the IPhone 4S could become available for Wisconsin’s US Cellular customers who want to make the switch from Android phones.
